Professional Bio

Misty began working part-time for the family business, Wilson Appraisal Group, Wilson Educational Group, and Linda Wilson Realty, in a clerical position while still in high school. Just after high school graduation she obtained a Ky Real Estate Sales Associate license and continued to work in various capacities within the three businesses throughout college. In 2002 she obtained her real estate broker's license and continues her real estate sales career working with her mom, Linda Wilson principal broker of Linda Wilson Realty. She holds the GRI designation as well as the AHWD designation. Misty is also a KREC approved continuing education instructor and in the past has been an approved real estate sales pre-license instructor. She continues to work alongside her dad, CW Wilson, and the other appraisal team members assisting with research, special assignments, litigation support, client development, and providing support wherever she is needed.

Personal Bio

Misty, daughter of Linda and Woodrow, lives on a small farm in North Mercer where she enjoys spending time with her family and all her four-legged friends. As well as time on Herrington Lake when she’s not at a rodeo with her youngest son Josh or visiting her oldest son Captain Matt Gammon, active-duty USAF. She is very excited about Matt’s completion of his years of service and to welcome him home into the family business spring of 2024.
